The proposed revisions to the sections for which our Branch is responsible are primarily editorial for the purpose of clarity.  The most important substantive changes are to the terms and description of the elected officers of the Board.  These may be found on page 6.  Officers will now be elected for two-year terms, rather than one.  The elected officers will include President, Vice-President, Program Officer, Membership Officer, Secretary, and Finance Officer.  The appointed officer list is Governance; Communications; Lodestone; Public Policy; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Fund Development; Interest Groups; Local Scholarship; AAUW Fund; Facilities; and Tech Trek.
