Situated at an elevation of 1,300 feet, our community is below the snow of the Sierra and above the fog of Sacramento Valley. Our climate is comfortable without being boring. Skiing at Tahoe is nearby, but so is California Wine Country. Trips into the hustle and bustle of the Bay Area are always an option with daily Amtrak Routes from nearby Auburn or Colfax.
